This website uses no analytics or tracking tools and sets no cookies beyond strictly necessary ones. Your visit is not evaluated or tracked.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, your name, email address, message and any phone number you choose to provide are processed to answer your enquiry. To turn your message into an email, we use Amazon Web Services: AWS Lambda in Zurich receives your details, and Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) in Frankfurt (eu-central-1) sends them as an email to Heike Herold's inbox at her email provider. After that you get an automatic confirmation at the email address you entered, also sent by Amazon SES in Frankfurt. Your details are used to handle your enquiry and arrange a possible working relationship. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive personal information through the form.
Hosting
This website is delivered via Amazon Web Services (AWS S3 and CloudFront). Technical access data, such as IP address, timestamp and requested URL, is processed to deliver and secure the website. CloudFront uses an international network; delivery may take place outside Switzerland, particularly in Europe and North America.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence, then deleted.
