My background

For twenty years I led teams and organizations, in start-ups and at telecom companies. After the umpteenth reorg, I asked myself: who am I, really, beyond my role? I reinvented myself and deliberately took a different path: no more leadership positions, and instead yoga teacher training, project work and the step into coaching. Since then I’ve gone deep into mental and body-based work through a lot of training and continuing education, at first mostly for myself. A lot changed in me along the way: how I handle pressure, how I communicate, what I think and how I sense myself.

One thing stayed the same: supporting people. Even as a young adult, people came to me for advice, and my nickname was “Coach.” That has always been part of me, and over the years it has grown more conscious and more mature.

Today I bring my leadership experience together with body-based and mental work. It fills me with joy to support people and see their potential unfold.
